System i
IBM's rebranded name, from 2006, for the eServer i5 product line, before the 2008 unification into Power Systems.
System i was IBM's product name from 2006 through early 2008 for the server line previously branded eServer i5, running i5/OS on POWER5 and early POWER6 hardware. It was absorbed into the unified Power Systems brand in April 2008.
