Runs with IBM iYes ... Minimum i5/OS V5R4. No IOP needed. Mirroring works on its own; RAID-5 or RAID-6 needs the auxiliary cache card (#5583).

The REDP-5052 #5777 entry says the pair with the auxiliary cache is #5582, but its own #5583 entry and IBM Docs say #5583 is the IOP-less pair built on #5777.

IBM says it is supported on all POWER5 and POWER6 models and supported I/O enclosures except #5790. #5738 is the same card used with an IOP.
