Runs with IBM iYes ... i5/OS V5R3 with LIC V5R3M0 in dedicated mode (IOP required), or LIC V5R3M5 in IOP-less dual mode.

IBM lists Models 515, 520+, 525 and 550+, so on the 520 and 550 it belongs to the POWER5+ units. IBM writes '520+' without a machine type, so both 520 types are listed. #9510 is the no-charge version for Express configurations with RAID. #5728 is the similar card for the 570+, and #5709 is the older 16 MB card it replaces.
