One REDP-5052 line calls #1483 a '10m Optical HSL-2 Cable'; the feature description and every other listing call it simply a 10m HSL-2 Cable, while the 15 m #1485 is the one titled Copper HSL-2 Cable.
IBM lists Models 520, 550, 570, 570 (POWER6) and 595 plus the 800 series; on POWER6 that is the 9406-MMA. Customer install. The 1.2 m (#1481), 3.5 m (#1482) and 15 m (#1485) cables are the other lengths. IBM writes 'Model 520' without a machine type, so both 520 types are listed.
Before you order 1483
An expansion drawer adds slots or drive bays when the server itself is full. It is often the difference between upgrading a Power 5 and replacing it.
